Good afternoon every one, it’s great to see you all here, thank you for coming.

On this day of recognition, let us say thanks to Allah SWT who has given His grace and guidance to us. Because of His grace we can gather at the right time for this

My name is Pakro wangka, friends call me Jhon. I am student of STBA YAPARI ABA.

The name Alor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT) is arguably already worldwide. The district nicknamed Nusa Kenari has the potential for very beautiful cultural arts and natural tourism. One of the cultural traditions that is currently being promoted is the Dugong fish calling culture. This culture has even been packaged in a festival which was held on July 19, 2019. and this event will take place from 18 to 19 October 2021.

The Governor of NTT, Viktor Bungtilu Laiskodat, especially attended the Dugong Summoning Festival in Alor Regency. The governor considered that the Festival of Summoning Dugong Fish was a tradition that existed and became a wealth that was owned in NTT. This festival should be an international attraction.

At the event of the Summoning Dugong Fish Festival which was held at the Mali Tourism Beach, Alor Regency, the Governor of NTT, Viktor Laiskodat welcomed positively. He even suggested that the Dugong Fish Summoning Festival should be packaged better so that it will bring in famous foreign tourists so that it has a high selling value. Governor Viktor also appreciated one of the local community leaders, Onesimus Laa, who has the ability to summon Dugong Fish. Dugong fish is one of the protected marine species and has not received much attention from the public. "We must be proud to have someone like him (Mr. Onesinus Laa. He plays a very important role here. Thank you, Mr. Onesimus Laa," said Governor Viktor at the time. The Regent of Alor, Amon Djobo expressed his appreciation to the Governor and his entourage who had attended the event. Amon said that although many people think that the people of Alor are poor in wealth, the people of Alor are not poor in self-esteem and have high self-confidence.

"We are here through our culture and traditions," said Regent Amon Djobo.

Head of Tourism Office of the Province of NTT, Ir. I Wayan Darmawa, MT, said that in Alor Regency there are five tourism potentials, namely, Marine Park Tourism, Diving and Snorkeling, Fishing Mania, Takpala Cultural Tourism and Bampalola. The presence of the Governor of NTT and his entourage was warmly welcomed. Two songs were presented by the students of SD Gmit Pulelang, namely, the song "We say welcome" and the song "Tanah Air". There is also the Caka Lele Dance and Lego Lego from the Eheng Hulu studio, which means painting or historic banyan from the Kabola Tribe.

That is all speech that I can deliver. Ideally what I have said is gainful for us. I am so sorry if I had a mistake. Thank you for your nice attention.
